SteadyForge signs you in anonymously on first launch with no setup required. You can optionally link a Google account at any time — this protects your subscription across reinstalls and enables full cloud backup.
If you cancel Pro, you return to Free. All your workout history, templates, and plan data are fully preserved — you only lose access to unlimited history, progress charts, and AI features.
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". As long as you're signed in with the same Google Play account, your Pro subscription will be restored automatically.
Forge Credits are the AI usage currency in SteadyForge. Pro subscribers receive 30 Forge Credits each calendar month — enough for 30 daily suggestions, 30 post-workout analyses, or 15 full plan generations (or any mix). Credits reset at the start of each month and unused credits do not carry over. If you run out before the month resets, you can top up instantly with a Forge Booster pack (3 credits for $0.39 or 5 credits for $0.59), available to all tiers including Pro.
Pro subscribers in the Steady Ecosystem share a daily summary across apps. SteadyForge's AI can read energy, sleep, and nutrition signals from SteadyForce and SteadyFuel to recommend the right training intensity — or suggest a rest day when recovery signals are low.
